Dr. Sameer Bhati
Dr. Sameer Bhati is the Director of Diagnostic Labs namely Star Imaging and Path Lab Pvt. Ltd. & Janta X-Ray Clinic Pvt. Ltd., Founder of Star Wellness and Care Foundation. Serving the Healthcare Sector for 25 years, he is also working to curb the Shortage of Skilled Health Workers through Staredu Institute. Under his supervision Star Imaging has provided Covid Care Training to build the Healthcare Workforce & has further been recognized as Star Performer for supporting Delhi Police in its Mission 10,000 Corona Warriors. During the times, when India was inflicted with the adversities of COVID-19 Dr. Sameer Bhati not just made extensive efforts in Covid testing, but Also worked with targeted plans to support covid patients, their families and sufferers. Recognizing his efforts towards the society during the tough times, he has been felicitated as Corona Warrior by many organizations including Delhi Police, IMA, ECI & SDMC for helping Government authorities in implementation of Covid norms. He has also played a vital role in Promoting Universal Acceptance to Covid Vaccination & keeps sharing his views to create awareness & remove Vaccine Hesitancy on National News Channels like DD News, NDTV, Zee media, CNN, ANI, Aaj Tak among others.
Dr. Bhati is a keen supporter of Preventive Health & Care Campaign & is running “Star Healthy India Mission” to make the Healthcare accessible & affordable for all. He is an Associate Life Member of Research Foundation of Hospital & Healthcare Administration since 2017. His certifications include Prestigious Honorary Doctorate Degree (Honoris Causa) from California Public University for Public Healthcare & Preventive Health & he also holds a Doctoral Degree in Healthcare. He is an innovative & performance-driven Entrepreneur, a Fitness Enthusiast & is certified for “Nutrition Counseling” by “ITM Xpertifi Skills Academy” as well as “Mastering People in Professional Help” by “Counsel India”. He is a TedX speaker and has been honoured with awards like Building New India Award, National Health Excellence Award, Ananya Samman, Bharat Gaurav Award, Six Sigma Healthcare Leadership Award among many more.
Under his Directorship, Star Group has been working for Health, Education & Empowerment bringing positive transformation in the lives of needy people in India. Dr. Bhati hails from Jaiselmer, Rajasthan and is an admirer of traditional Indian Culture, Nature, Yoga & Meditation.
Professional Contribution
He promotes R&D work in Healthcare and Diagnostic field as well as in educational field. He has helped a lot in providing a skilled healthcare work force in Delhi and other states healthcare industry. Government’s Rural healthcare mission benefited from these initiatives the most. During COVID19 time he initiated the awareness programs in association with Delhi Police, actively participate in Delhi Police’s YUVA and then E-YUVA projects to help the deprived children, conducting the COVID-19 testing of patients under quarantine with Delhi Govt. He has also participated in “VANDE BHARAT MISSION”, delivered innovative and extensive efforts in Covid testing i.e. our COVID booth, COVID home collection facility, COVID Van, COVID-19 kit ,free doctor tele-consultation for cancer patients, COVID and non COVID patients as a preventive measure to fight against Coronavirus.
With Delhi Government and other state Governments he has been involved in Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) including IIT Delhi Covid Test Kit validation and Testing. He is also contributing towards IPR and research part too.
Through his Company he has successfully served the whole corporate world Indian Medical Association (IMA), ITC Hotel, Zee News, Samsung, J.W.Marriott, Pristyn Care, Centre of Diabetes and Allied Sciences, Apollo Health & Lifestyle, Vasan Eye Group, Bourn Hall Clinic India, HCL Group etc.

He is a God fearing person who believes in concept of “Karma”. His association with Bharmkumari and Sai Baba Temple Najafgarh, Delhi has always been inspired him to work for the society. During COVID19 times, his kindness and sense of responsibility has been exemplified by the acts of providing foods to the needy people, helping authorities in sanitization work, educating the street children of migrant workers, organising the special blood camps for patients of Thalassemia and other blood disorders. There are many such great examples where the beauty of his kind heart has been shown.

Bhati is very Disciplined & Target Oriented Manager but enjoy life with full length. He prefers to enjoy his spare time either with family or friends. Being a Books lover he always used to read books whenever he got a chance to do so. A great admirer of Famous personalities from different fields, IT, Artist, Professionals or Leaders & used to read their Autobiographies. He always believe in good knowledge & always enhance his personality by creating his knowledge bank. A great lover & student of Music, he loves to play Guitar. His life philosophy is "to enjoy every moment of life in such a way that, no one get hurt by your act".
